Cobalt Skull Crossbones POISON BOTTLE MULFORD PHILI Bottle Auction Description: EXCELLENT SHAPE. 3 1/4". No chips or cracks. H.K. Mulford Co. Chemists Philadelphia. Bottom is a 64 or a G4.I am currently listing an excellent batch of what I believe to be Authentic, UNIQUE bottles right now. I have purchased these through auction yet found all ledgers showing all were collected and purchased from antique dealers back in the late 60's and early 70's by another Antique Dealer. I am no expert so please ask questions and look at pictures closely. I believe all are Authentic and Original but if you don't know, either do I. I will GUARANTEE Authenticity meaning if you find it isn't I will refund after it being returned so you can bid with confidence.  I DO COMBINE SHIPPING BUT WILL BE PRIORITY MAIL ONLY if it is over first class possibilities.     > I Liquidate. Please do not be discouraged as to an items value or quality based on a low opening bid price. The items are as I describe and or Photos show them to be. Most product bought through auction so condition stated is an assumption based on the looks. .::::::::::::::::::::::::: Will Ship within 3 business days of payment. I only ship within the United States. The amount of shipping is based on my rates from CALIFORNIA to the EAST COAST, (The furthest Zone for me to ship to), being that I don't know who will win my auction. THIS IS FLAT RATE (SAME FOR ALL BIDDERS) PLUS SMALL HANDLING COSTS FACTORED IN. LOGICALLY, SIMPLY CONSIDER SHIPPING IN THE PRICE YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR AN ITEM. IT IS THE SAME FOR ALL BIDDERS AND LEAVES NO REASON TO BE OFFENDED BY WHAT IS UlTIMATELY THE REAL SHIPPING COST.IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SHIPPING COST, PLEASE DO NOT BID. I often list my items PARCEL POST, (cheapest), yet Usually ship PRIORITY. Once an auction has ended, If I can ship PRIORITY to the location for the same cost or a little more than with PARCEL POST, I do that. I DO COMBINE SHIPPING on multiple items (unless stated otherwise on few products), and WILL ADJUST SHIPPING FOR YOUR EXACT ZIP. Before paying, request invoice. Payment must be made within 5 days of first win. (ALL ITEMS ON SAME INVOICE PLEASE). RETURN POLICY, If you believe I have misrepresented an item or something is wrong with the item let me know and we will work it out. If you simply change your mind or didn't read my description and want to return an item, NO SHIPPING COSTS will be refunded, To or From. I must receive the item before issuance of refund. Every situation can be unique and nothing is black and white. Always seek a resolution with me first please, I can be very accommodating, My reputation is very important to me. ::::::::::::Thanks for looking. Any questions Please ask.

Bottle Auction: ANCIENT BLOWN ROMAN GLASS APOTHECARY BOTTLE, 2nd C AD

ANCIENT BLOWN ROMAN GLASS APOTHECARY BOTTLE, 2nd C AD Bottle Auction Description: rhusrluk rhusrluk Antiques in good taste - harmic.little  A beautifully free blown Roman glass small phial (vial) or apothecary or medicine bottle of double gourd shape with a long tapering neck; the rim flattened; probably 2nd or 3rd Century AD.  This is a rare example of Roman glass in excellent condition. It is free blown and made of thin, aquamarine-tinted glass (see the photographs below). The shape suggests it may have been intended as a medicine or apothecary bottle which would have been stopped with some sort of device, possibly a cork. It may have been designed for holding poisons. The shape of the bottle and the quality of blowing is wonderful as you can see by taking a look at the photographs below. It has a double-gourd shaped lower part with a long, tapering funnel-like neck. The rim is turned over, maybe something that was intended to allow it to stand in a wooden rack or some other kind of stand. The bottle is just 4 7/8 inches in height. It is in superb condition with very little surface discoloration and only minor scratching, oxidation, and wear.  This is a desirable collector's item if you like early Roman glass and something you are not likely to come across very often. Thanks for bidding and please come back and see us again for more fascinating antique pottery and glass. Absolutely guaranteed authentic. Insurance is included in USA Priority mail shipping. Why not visit the 'harmic.little' eBay shop to view the finest earlyEnglish and European ceramics regularly available on eBay? Bottle Auction: 1850's GOLD RUSH Soda, A.W. CUDWORTH San Francisco Cal!

1850's GOLD RUSH Soda, A.W. CUDWORTH San Francisco Cal! Bottle Auction Description: Here is an Historic Gold Rush Era blob top soda with the graphite pontil! This one is Near Mint condition with some moderate spots of wear and a tiny crush mark on the reverse shoulder (see picture #5). It is getting tougher and tougher to find nice examples of glod rush sodas, especially to find one such as this that hasn't been excessively tumble-polished to death! This one is still in it's "original skin," and tells a great story about the handful of Eastern-blown Bottles that were made and distributed specifically for the West Coast (San Francisco)! It sure is fun to imagine the journey this bottle has taken from it's inception day when it was blown over 150 years ago....Made in the East, shipped all the way around the horn to S.F., destined for the Gold Rush country, only to be found years later....and it will soon grace the shelf of a worthy bottle collector or History buff! Embossed: A.W. CUDWORTH & CO / SANFRANCISCO, CALMeasures: 7.5" TallDue to an upcoming wedding I am saving up for, I am having to part with this one, my only example of this soda.Be sure to take a look at my other bottles for sale!Good luck bidding!

Bottle Auction: Gasoline Citron ? Carter's Cone Ink with Label

Gasoline Citron ? Carter's Cone Ink with Label Bottle Auction Description: This is a real hard color to nail down so look at all the photos and make your bidding decisions accordingly. The first seven photos are taken outside and in a sunny window. It looks more green in some light and more yellow amber in others. The photo where I'm holding the ink against the sky is about dead on for the the true color. Maybe a gasoline citron? At any rate, please make your own determination. Ink is attic mint, no chips, cracks, scuffs, dings, or damage of any kind. It's a little dirty but I'll leave the cleaning to you rather than risk ruining the label. No haze on the outside, a little content haze maybe inside but it may wash out. Label has damage and missing one lower corner as shown. Ink is 2 1/2" tall and base embossed Carter's 81. Label has Trademark Rec'd March 13, 1883, Carter's Black Letter Ink.Shipping includes Priority Mail with full insurance and Delivery Confirmation. On Jan-17-11 at 14:12:24 PST, seller added the following information: Folks keep emailing me about the color. I honestly don't know what to call it, you be the judge. The photos are accurate and the one where I'm holding it up in the air is absolutely true to the color of the ink, but your monitor may show color differently than mine. I looked at the photos on two different computers and I'd say they're a true representation of the color. Also the bright line in the photo where I'm holding the ink is just a reflection off an interior intact bubble. No scratches or broken bubbles, no damage at all.Keep asking questions and I'll happily answer them. Thanks. On Jan-17-11 at 14:14:24 PST, seller added the following information: Also forgot to mention the ink is BIMAL.

Back when we last could count repeat buyers, (the changed feedback does not allow that anymore.) we had OVER 4,103 REPEAT CUSTOMERS!!!(They must know something.)(Maybe they have fun here.)SO YOU CAN BIDWITH CONFIDENCE!!Please note: We put up a very ecclectic collectionof items and are not experts in every area,so descriptions are our best guess as to what something is.While we try to research each item to the best of our ability,it is the buyer's responsibility to know what they are buying.TERMS OF SERVICEEBAY is ALL we do for a living, husband and wife (Norb & Marie) working together, while we home school our kids on our farmette in Rural Delmarva. We have worked very hard to build our little business and it is very important to us. We try and do business the old fashioned way and have a rather simple outlook.Treat all of your customers as if they are family.Be courteous, answer emails, be fair in all your deallings and try and make friends of each and every customer.BUT... with eBay's new star rating and the rate increases in the U.S. Postal rates we needed to define and explain our methods of business. ONE - Who We Deal WithWe sell and ship world wide to anywhere, so please email us for a quote to wherever you happen to be. TWO - Shipping ChargesWe charge shipping based on the USPS system, we will sometimes ship via courier if we can get it to you within the same time frame or faster. We add a reasonable cost for materials, normally that is $2.00 for regular sized packages. For small flat items $1.00. That covers the expense of boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap, peanuts, (We only use new packing materials, life is too short to scrounge through dumpsters). For larger items that take a larger more expensive box, we charge a little more, to cover the special box, example paintings or lamps. For oversized items or items that will take special attention to package, (Build a crate, wrap a zillion things individually, etc.), we ask you to email us for a quote on shipping prior to the auction ending. If you do not, we charge the same amount as if you did. In other words WE NEVER GOUGE SHIPPING COSTS!! TWO POINT ONE - International ShippingWe charge shipping based on the USPS international system. The rates follow the same guidelines as number two above, though for international customers we add an additional $1.00 to cover the extra paperwork involved in international shipping. If an amount goes over $50 in value we will only ship it with Priority or Express Mail, regardless how small an item. That allows for us to have international tracking. There is no tracking available on First Class Mail. TWO POINT TWO - InsuranceWe require insurance on any item that goes over $27.00 in value. Because eBay does not have a way of kicking in insurance when it reaches a certain level, we have to put down that insurance is required on all purchases. This is reflected in the shipping quoted. (eBay's calculator adds insurance into what you see on the site.) BUT... if an item ends under $27.00 we change the invoice insurance area to "Optional" and leave the choice up to you. We reserve the right to use the insurance carrier of our choice. Sometimes that is Postal or the Carrier's Insurance and sometimes that is a private insurance company such as DSI or U-PIC. If we use a private insurance company the package will not be marked insured, but it will be.THREE - Methods of Payment AcceptedWe abide by eBay's rules and try and stay abreast of their changes. We accept Paypal. We also take Credit Cards Directly over the phone, (MC, VISA, DISCOVER) For American Express, you must use Paypal. Bottom line, whatever method is most convenient for you. FOUR - Time Frame To PayWe ask all auctions to be paid for in the fastest possible time frame. (This is all we do for a living and we need the money to pay the bills and buy more unique and fun items to put up on eBay) FIVE - Shipping Time FrameWe make every effort to ship in a timely manner. We are home schooling the boys, listing tons of items, and as like any of us are just plain swamped, so we have to schedule a special time to pack and ship. We ship on a first paid, first shipped basis. (We do not ship any item until it has been paid and the funds have cleared.) With the ebb and flow of payments we manage to get everything out of the door within one week. If there is a rush, we will make every effort to work with you in getting it out of the door faster. As you can see from our feedback, we do not disappoint. OF COURSE, items that need special attention, crating, etc adds to the time frame of those items. SIX - CommunicationPlease feel free to contact us at anytime, with any question or comment. Unless we are out of town we make an effort to answer all emails as quickly as possible. We PREFER PAYPAL!! We accept MC, Visa, and Discover via phone or dual e-mail or via PAYPAL!!TO PAY WITH AMEX (American Express) PLEASE GO TO PAYPAL, THEY WILL TAKE IT FOR US!YES, BUYER PAYS SHIPPING DESPITE WHAT EBAY'S PAGE SAYS BENEATH THIS DESCRIPTION.We estimate shipping weight & packaging materialsand e-mail winning bidder shipping costs at auction end.We package well, as our feedback attests. We use NEW boxes and shipping materials, bubbles, peanuts & envelopes. To get an estimate to your zipcode, e-mail us for a quote BEFORE the auction is over. Please Click to See Our Other Auctions. One last note: Thank you!! Because you have taken enough interest to read all the way down this far, we know you to be the type of customer we want to acknowledge. Bottle Auction: Superb English Sealed Cylinder Wine Bottle

Superb English Sealed Cylinder Wine Bottle Bottle Auction Description: Powys Sealed English Cylinder This is a stunning English Sealed Cylinder Wine Bottle with Seal of the Powis (Powys) baronet. circa 1780-1800. A wonderful object and quite striking- This beautiful English Cylinder Bottle will enhance any specialist collection. A very desirable bottle with impeccable provenance. From the esteemed Cosbert black glass collection,Powis Castle (Welsh: Castell Powis or Castell Coch) is a medieval castle, fortress and grand country mansion located near the town of Welshpool, in Powys, Mid Wales. The residence of the Earl of Powis, the castle is known for its extensive, attractive formal gardens, terraces, parkland, deerpark and landscaped estate. The property is under the care of the National Trust, who operate it under the name "Powis Castle and Garden".Powis, was the fortress of a dynasty of Welsh princes. In 1266 four years after Edward I's conquest of Wales, Owain ap Gruffydd ap Gwenwynwyn, the last hereditary prince of Powis, renounced his royal claim title and was granted the title of Baron de la Pole, (i.e. Pool or Powis Castle). (The ancient Kingdom of Powys covered the area of east Wales north of Brycheiniog and south of Gwynedd). On 6 July 1756 Lord Lyttleton wrote that `About £3,000 laid out upon Powis Castle would make it the most august place in the kingdom.' and in 1774 Sir John Cullum remarked: `(Powis's) grand situation, its charming and magnificent prospects, its extensive woody parks of many 100 acres render it one of the first seats of the Kingdom.' In 1784 Lord Powis's daughter, Lady Henrietta Herbert, married Edward Clive the eldest son of Clive of India. Their marriage led to the union of the Clive and Powis estates in 1801, and in 1804 the earldom of Powis was recreated for the third time for Edward Clive. Major-General Robert Clive, 1st Baron Clive, (29 September 1725 - 22 November 1774), also known as Clive of India, was a British soldier who established the military and political supremacy of the East India Company in Southern India and Bengal. He is credited with securing India, and the wealth that followed, for the British crown. With his own great fortune he commissioned Lancelot "Capability" Brown to create a lavish Surrey mansion called Claremont. This cylinder bottle, whose distinctive tapered shape is unique to the Powis wine bottle, dates precisely from the time of Clive of India and his son Edward, Earl of Powis, and is linked to the Welsh castle and the Surrey estate. It is from Surrey that the bottle emerges into the modern era from the collection of P. Gunn and then into the collection of Douglas Cosbert.
