Bottle Auction: Ten Sided Cobalt Knickerbocker with Good Pontil

Ten Sided Cobalt Knickerbocker with Good Pontil Bottle Auction Description: Ten paneled cobalt soda embossed on every other panel "W.P. - KNICKER - BOCKER - SODA WATER - 164.18th St. N.Y. 1848".About 7-1/8" in height. Bottle was dug.Lightly cleaned to remove mineral deposits, but not cut to remove blob wrinkles or ground wear. Color is more of a gun metal blue or sapphire as opposed to classic cobalt. Good pontil with just about all the residue.Condition: Tumbled with an agent that does not cut so this bottle retains ground wear, scratches, little half moons, and some case wear abrasions and pecks. The pictures do not show the ground wear as well as having it in your hand under a strong light. No damage such as chips or cracks, although one picture of the top looks like I was zeroing in on a chip, which I can assure you is not there. Potstone in the neck with no radiations - no legs.

Bottle Auction: Superb Western Flask

Superb Western Flask Bottle Auction Description: Here is a SUPER example of this San Francisco flask. I am offering this one for a friend who was surprised by a large tax bill. This extremely crude flask is in a brilliant light yellow olive coloration ( the amber square is for color comparison only), and has a crudely applied top and bold embossing. The whittle effect is amazing! Completely hammered with heavy whittle effect over the entire flask. Embossed "AAA ( cross), Old Valley Whiskey. These were made from 1872 through the early 1880s. While not necessarily a rare western flask, to find one with this gorgeous color, strong whittle effect, bold embossing and fantastic condition is very rare. Condition is near mint, and never cleaned. There are a few super light, tiny scratches, but no other issues. No flakes, flashes, potstones, checks, chips or cracks. I will provide the details of this find to the winning bidder. A top shelf western flask! Buyer to pay $13.85 postage in the continental US. Good Luck!

Bottle Auction: VERY SCARCE ~ GOLDWATER SCHNAPPS SCHIEDAM ~ exactly 9 inches ~ EXCELLENT cond.

VERY SCARCE ~ GOLDWATER SCHNAPPS SCHIEDAM ~ exactly 9 inches ~ EXCELLENT cond. Bottle Auction Description: WELCOME and thanks for stopping by. Well, if you like schnapps squares as much as I do, you're just really going to LOVE this one. A very scarce GOLDWATER SCHNAPPS in a medium yellow amber olivecoloration that still passes plenty of light. A few of the pics look a bit on the dark side to me, but that's how the camera was picking it up. When you get it, hold it up to the light and you'll see whatI mean. Now,...... this one looks as though it may have been lightly cleaned at some point, but I really don't think it has and when I first bought it, I was told that this is not the case and that it'snever been tumbled. I believed the guy then and I still do today. But regardless, this is still a great looking bottle whether it was or wasn't cleaned. There's only one tiny (1/16 in diameter) little mini-nip on the corner edge of the chamfered corner on the blank panel and it lines up with the A in SCHNAPPS. You should be able to see it in the third photo. There's a very light scratch or two and also a very large pot-boulder stuck in a corner which I don't see any radiations stemming off of. What I DO see is a beautiful scarce schnapps square with very nice wavy whittle marks and a great "fluid" look to it. If you've been following my listings and reading my descriptions, you'll be aware that I'm going to be moving to a new location in a while and am downsizing a good portion of my collection. So I really would prefer not having to deal with returns. So if there's anything you're not 101% sure about, it's your duty as the buyer to ASK me. I want everyone to know just what it is that they'll be getting and an informed buyer is a happy buyer. Us 'bottle guys' don't look kindly on unwanted surprises. Offered with NO RESERVE and BEST of LUCK to you!! Payment through paypal is expected within a week's time, but a quick payment is always welcomeand would also be greatly appreciated. Once payment clears, I'll do my best to get your package inthe mail and on its way to you ASAP. Please remember that questions must be asked prior to bidding. If you're an international/overseas buyer or live outside of the continental U.S., please do not sendpayment through right away. Just be patient and wait until I send you an invoice. I'll be listing somemore SWEET antique glass in the near future so don't forget to keep checking back and when you'redone reading this, don't forget to take a look through my other items. THANKS and have a great day!( :

Early American Yellow Green - "BULBOUS CHESTNUT FLASK" - Wistarburg? Bottle Auction Description: Early American - "MIDWESTERN CHESTNUT FLASK" - Yellow Green! We offer a very nice early American chestnut flask. Hand blown with no mold seams in a pale yellow green colored glass, circa 1820-30.
