Bottle Auction: BOURBON WHISKEY BITTERS VERY NICE CRUDE ROOT BEER COLOR BITTERS BARREL BOTTLE

BOURBON WHISKEY BITTERS VERY NICE CRUDE ROOT BEER COLOR BITTERS BARREL BOTTLE Bottle Auction Description: Up for your consideration, is this rather crude, nice, near 9 3/8" tall, ROOT BEER color barrel bitters bottle. It has staves around it on top and bottom. In between, it says BOURBON WHISKEY BITTERS in good strong embossing. It also has one of its 3 original round 2" labels. Also you can still see where the other two were. The lettering is faint and can barely make out with a magnifying glass, but not much can be made of them, except THESE BITTERS at the top of the label. The glass has a number of impurities in it, but all seem to be completely immersed inside the glass. I have tried to picture the larger ones in several of my pictures. Some can be seen in pictures #1, #4 #5 and #6, but there are others . Again, its a rather crude, but nice condition, no apparent damage, great color and the one round label. No DAMAGE!! Winner pays $17.00 for P,I&H.

Bottle Auction: VERY RARE MEDICINE~TURKISH WINE GOODWIN & EDGERLY NEW YORK~NEAR PRISTINE PERFCT

VERY RARE MEDICINE~TURKISH WINE GOODWIN & EDGERLY NEW YORK~NEAR PRISTINE PERFCT Bottle Auction Description: WELCOME and thanks for stopping by. OK, I'm going to take a big chance and list this without a setreserve price. I decided to leave the stickers on the base as a reference guide and to show you thatthis is NOT an inexpensive bottle. This bottle is SUPER extremely rare medicinal/curative wine and it's pretty much attic mint and only a very small/very short and very LIGHT scratch or two away from being in pristine perfect, original straight from the mold condition. The advertisement that you see inphoto #3 is from the ROCKLAND COUNTY MESSENGER dated to the summer of 1857. There was onlyone other example that I was able to find that sold in a past Heckler auction but it's not a good reference to go by since that example had some major issues associated with it. The bottle, presumablywas dug, had been cleaned/tumbled and there was a very large, open internal bubble and the top/lip must have been badly damaged and was replaced with one of a similar style, but in a slightly darker color. Sothere's really no comparison to this amazing and outstanding example. This is most likely your "once in alifetime" chance to add this bottle to your collection. So don't miss out on this extremely rare opportunity, or you'll most likely regret it afterwards. Please be sure to view all 12 photos carefully;as they too are to be considered as part of the description. I hope I'm not disappointed with the endresults. Offered with NO RESERVE!! BEST of LUCK to you!!Payment through paypal or perhaps using an alternate method, is expected within a week's time. But if you're opting for something other than paypal, please be sure to contact me at least two full days before the listing ends. A quick payment is always welcome and would certainly be very much appreciated. Once payment clears, I'll do my best to get your package in the mail and on its way to you ASAP. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this item, they must be asked and/or addressed before you enter a bid. If you have time, please take a look through my other listings and remember to keep checking back for more SWEET antique glass to come in the near future. THANKS and have a great day! ( :

Bottle Auction: CONNECTICUT GLASS~VERY RARE VARIANT of the DR.A.S. HOPKINS UNION STOMACH BITTERS

CONNECTICUT GLASS~VERY RARE VARIANT of the DR.A.S. HOPKINS UNION STOMACH BITTERS Bottle Auction Description: WELCOME and thanks for stopping by. First let me address the subject of the color of this bottle. I took lots of photos and I can't help the way the camera is picking up the color, but after looking overthe pics, in some of them (I'm sure it's because the sky was very blue on the day the outdoor pics were taken) the bottle isn't really showing much olive at all. I would call this one a medium golden topaz and if there's any olive in it, it's very slight. So for the most accurate and true to life color representation, please look to photos #3,4,5,6 & 12 and also the color of this text. This I believe is the H-179 and there's really not much of difference between this mold and the H-178 except the DR was later squeezed in before the A.S. There aren't many of these around and the last one I can find an auction reference for was back in Sept. of 2007 from Glass Works in what is described as a yellowish lime green color with a flake off of a panel edge and that example sold for nearly 1700. This bottle isn't perfect and does has seen its share of wear in the form of some scuffs, scratches and a few nibbles off a chamfered corner edge which should be seen well enough in pics #4 & 10. The bottle looks to have been professionally cleaned and it does display quite nicely. This example is not for the very picky bottle purist, but for a true collector who can look past the issues and see this example for what it is. A very RARE variant that doesn't come up for sale very often and in a kind of an off color as well. You are only bidding on one bottle that is designated by the red arrow in photo #6. No other bottles shown are to be included. Please view all 12 photos carefully as they too are to be considered as part of the description. Height is 9 3/8 inches. Offered with NO RESERVE!! BEST of LUCK to you!!Payment through paypal or perhaps using an alternate method, is expected within a week's time. But if you're opting for something other than paypal, please be sure to contact me at least two full days before the listing ends. Bottle Auction: J.H. CUTTER OK Crown Applied Top San Fran Western Whiskey VERY STRONG Embossing

J.H. CUTTER OK Crown Applied Top San Fran Western Whiskey VERY STRONG Embossing Bottle Auction Description: Listing a few bottles this week. Not good with my picture taking of bottles so hopefully these are good enough. This listing is for an stunning dark amber applied top whisky 5th STRONGLY embossed on front: J.H. CUTTER / OLD BOURBON / TRADE (crown & barrel) MARKS / C.P. MOORMAN / MANUFACTURER / LOUISVILLE, K.Y. and on the back: A.P. HOTALING'S / O.K. / CUTTER WHISKEY. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. The only issues I noticed with the bottle are a few bits of gravel/pot stones embedded in the back heal area (which I think adds character to the bottle) and an approx. 1/4" scratch to the right of the "K" in MARKS. I only saw this during listing and didn't get it in the other pictures during daylight so I took a picture of it under indoor lighting as seen in second to last picture. Doesn't detract in my opinion, from this outstanding bottle and is more than offset by the attributes. Overall, a fantastic example and nice clean glass with a only touch of interior residue and maybe a tiny scuff or rub mentioned for accuracy. Bottle stands tall at 12 1/4". Last picture is for color comparison only and the other bottles are not included. The bottle in this listing is on the right.Thank you for looking and please ask any questions. Sorry, no International Shipping. On Feb-05-17 at 20:28:01 PST, seller added the following information:OK, the last picture is incorrect for this listing so disregard reference to it for color in the item description. Its of a differenr set of bottles. I can't replace it after a bid has been placed or even add it, but if anyone is interested in the CORRECT photo, message me and I'll get it to you. Bottle Auction: Beautiful 1840s - "STODDARD / NEW HAMPSHIRE" - Eagle Flask!

Beautiful 1840s - "STODDARD / NEW HAMPSHIRE" - Eagle Flask! Bottle Auction Description: Beautiful 1840s - "STODDARD / NEW HAMPSHIRE" - Eagle Flask! We're pleased to offer another beautiful American eagle historical flask this week. This is a pint size bottle that was hand blown into a two part mold in a pretty yellow, greenish, amber, circa 1840. This is a real chameleon that changes color from greenish to amber in different lighting situations. Embossed with an eagle on each side with a breast plate shield and arrows with olive branches in his feet. Below that is an embossed oval. One one side it is embossed "STODDARD / N.H." within the oval. It has a sheared lip and a open tube pontiled base. Very nice shading from deeper in the top and base and light in the middle. Lots of little bubbles in the glass, nice surface texture, clean, clear glass, no stains. Nicely transparent and passes light well for display. I note practically 0 wear on this unlike most historical flask. Original & fine condition with NO: chips, nicks, scratches, stains, cleaning or repairs. This is a great example in both color & condition from an old California collection. NO RESERVE! Don't be fooled buy the low .99 starting bid. Bottle Auction: 18th Century English Flat Octagonal Utility Bottle

18th Century English Flat Octagonal Utility Bottle Bottle Auction Description: Up for auction is a English Flat Octagonal black glass Utility Bottle.  A early dip mold freeblown bottle. This bottle has a flat sand pontil base and an earlier style lip finish. Judging by the lip finish alone I would estimate it's age at around 1770-1780. A very near perfect example of this bottle with no damage or wear. Bottle has some inside minor cloudiness that I feel certain will wash out as it appears to be nothing  more than accumulated dust. Bottle stands approx. 6.75 inches tall. The true color is more forest green than olive. Please contact me with any questions you may have and be sure to check out the other early bottles I have currently up for auction.
