Just behind the cobalt skull poison! A super rare, very highly sought after picture poison bottle featuring THE STRONGEST STRIKE POSSIBLE on the SKULL & CROSSBONES, Wow I am just in awe holding this beauty! So rare it took 4 years of newspaper adds to pull this out of the woodwork! SPOKANE and base embossed W T CO A USA measuring 4 1/2"tall CONDITION - This old bottle has no cracks, no chips and clean glass, just a very small shallow ding on the neck (as seen in last photo) a microscopic spot of roughness on the edge of the lip, so small the camera won't even pick it up and my 10 times magnification can't determine if it's in making or not, a couple of very light scratches and a wisp of inside content residue that a good soaking may take out as I got about 90% out with a quick wash, still may need an inside cleaning, very light if any at all! Bottle Auction: Cobalt Iron Pontil, Carpenter & Cobb Knickerbocker Soda Water.

Cobalt Iron Pontil, Carpenter & Cobb Knickerbocker Soda Water. Bottle Auction Description: I'm pleased to be able to offer this Incredibly Rare, 10 Sided Iron Pontil Soda with an applied Blob Top from Saratoga Springs NY. These are hardly ever offered for sale. Embossed as follows, CARPENTER & COBB / KNICKERBOCKER SODA WATER / SARATOGA SPRINGS. Its got a good bit of the Iron remaining on the base, and is nice and crude over-all. It stands just over 7" tall. The Blob Top is applied, and there's a couple nice bubbles in the neck below the lip. The Blob Top has a couple small nibbles in the top, The worst being an 1/8" or less flat flake. There is an area of foam in one side that some might consider a bruize. There is no glass missing in that area, and in my opinion it was made this way. The foamy area is triangular in the lower part, and transitions into one of the bubbles. I took the best pictures of it I could get. If You need any additional pictures of the blob just ask. The rest of the bottle is very nice. No chips, cracks, dings, or scratches. Maybe just a faint wisp of haze inside but only shows in some light. There is no case wear anywhere on the bottle. Letters and all panel edges are perfect. the Last 3 letters of SARATOGA are a little weak, but the rest is fairly bold. The bubble off the end of the second B in COBB is not open on the surface, even though it looks that way in one picture. The first 3 picturs also show white reflections on the right side of the shoulder. They are not in the bottle. Over-all, a Super Example that displays Excellent. Doesnt look to have ever been in the ground, nor does it look to have ever been tumbled. Any questions welcome. My pictures are quite accurate for color, (At least on my moniter) Please wait for my invoice with Shipping calculated to your address. Thanks for looking, and good luck if you get in on the bidding. Like I said, these are rarely offered. I'm listing this with no reserve. So have some fun bidding.

Bottle Auction: SCARCE yellow olive amber colored HOPKINS BITTERS! Nice colored CT square!

SCARCE yellow olive amber colored HOPKINS BITTERS! Nice colored CT square! Bottle Auction Description: Here is a beautiful colored square bitters bottle from Connecticut. This is the "DR A.S. HOPKINS / UNION STOMACH / BITTERS" embossed on the front panel. This is a square shape with wide chamfered corners. These were produced around the civil war era through the mid-1860s, possibly at the New London Glass Works. There are a few different variants of this bottle What makes this one special is the real nice light and bright color! It is a yellow olive amber, but not muddy... a real nice bright one! The embossing is good, and there is little to no high point wear. Smooth base (no pontil), applied sloping collared top, and a little cruder than most. Other than just a couple of very superficial scratches here and there, it is in fine condition! I have seen quite a few amber examples, but not many in this color. A nice bright square bitters bottle... Dr. HOPKINS UNION STOMACH BITTERS!Buyer pays shipping. 7 day return policy if not as described. Please check out our other listingsGOOD LUCK!

Bottle Auction: Antique Stiegel Type Early American Blown Glass Flip Glass Engraved Flower c1800

Antique Stiegel Type Early American Blown Glass Flip Glass Engraved Flower c1800 Bottle Auction Description: ANTIQUESTIEGEL TYPEEARLY AMERICANBLOWN GLASSFLIP GLASSC1800I SHIP WORLDWIDE ATTENTION UK AND NON-US BIDDERS: Please note that if you are following my sales on a regular basis you should log onto the Ebay U.S.A. site rather than the Ebay.UK site in order to see the complete selection of auction items I have listed at any given time. For some reason the Ebay U.K. site filters from view the posting of sales by U.S. sellers containing the names of some of the better and more highly collectable English and German porcelain companies. I have no idea why this is, however, I do ship worldwide so you are welcome to bid on any of the items.IMPORTANT BIDDING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION: IF YOU PLAN TO BID ON THIS ITEM AND ARE THE HIGH BIDDER I WOULD LIKE TO ASK THAT YOU DO NOT PAY ME UNTIL YOU RECEIVE MY INVOICE NOT THE INVOICE THAT IS GENERATED IMMEDIATELY AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE SALE BY EBAY. Ebay now has rules that all sellers MUST ship items for which they have been paid within one business day without exception. Those who follow my sales and have bought from me over the years know that I have always had a policy of shipping within 24 hours of a sale (see my feedback), however, there are times when I am out of town unexpectedly for a house call, an auction or an estate call and it simply is not possible to get to the post office in time. Also, if you find that there is more than one item you are interested in bidding on over a given time period and would like to take advantage of combined shipping, please again, DO NOT pay me until the last of those items you're watching has finished. I will then send you an invoice with an adjusted shipping fee which saves on postage.. I never charge a "handling fee". I would rather wait a few days on a payment and extend you the advantage of lower shipping fees than to be paid immediately - not ship - and then be scored negatively by eBay for not shipping soon enough. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME OF THE IMAGES APPEAR DARK OR GRAY BECAUSE THEY WERE SHOT USING DIFFUSED LIGHT TO BETTER CAPTURE THE DETAIL OF THE PATTERN. Offered in this sale is a CLEAR early American blown glass flip glass with engraved Stiegel type decoration that dates to the late 1700s or possibly early 1800s. It measures roughly 5 3/8" tall x 4 1/4" in diameter across the top, 2 5/8" across the base. This is one of 30+ pieces of early American mold blown, blown three mold and free blown glass flip glasses and covered vessels with Stiegel type decoration from a single owner collection that I will be offering for sale individually on Ebay over the next two weeks (see 7th & 8th images). If you are interested in more than one item I do offer combined shipping which saves on postage. The condition of the flip glass offered in this sale is excellent. There are no chips, cracks, flakes, hairlines or evidence of grinding. Please feel free to email with any questions. I always guarantee everything that I sell to be as described. This piece is being sold WITHOUT A RESERVE as long as there is an opening bid. High bidder to pay $8.00 shipping/ including insurance - inside the United States. The last six images illustrate other items that I have or will be listing for sale on Ebay including 20+ pieces of vintage signed Steuben glass stemware in the 7877 and 7926 patterns, 100+ pieces of German porcelain Pink Rose pattern with blue crossed swords mark, 20+ pieces of Michael Powolny Loetz tango glass, a number of pieces of Victorian satin glass, several pieces of early American flint glass and some early German and Italian gold washed boxes You are bidding on only the one piece in this sale.INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All international packages under four pounds are mailed International First Class mail unless you specifically request Priority Mail which is, of course, more costly. Items over four pounds must be shipped Priority Mail. Items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. I would like to kindly ask international buyers to understand that I have no control over the delivery schedule. In most cases packages arrive within 7 - 10 days, however, packages sometimes can be delayed by foreign customs. I would appreciate you not scoring me low on Ebay for something out of my control..You can view a thumbnail gallery of my other items by clicking on the purple "See Other Items" link at the top of this listing near my seller ID information.

Bottle Auction: BOSTON & SANDWICH GLASS Co. GI-7 tp.4 GEOMETRIC BLOWN 3 MOLD TOILET WATER BOTTLE

BOSTON & SANDWICH GLASS Co. GI-7 tp.4 GEOMETRIC BLOWN 3 MOLD TOILET WATER BOTTLE Bottle Auction Description: WELCOME and thanks for stopping by. My apologies for ending the listing this morning. Someone was good enough to bring it to my attention that I had mentioned something about shipping ASAP, but the listing stated a local pick up only. THAT was my error. It was never supposed to be a local pick up only. SURE, you're more than welcome to come pick it up if you want to, but I am also offering to ship you the bottle if you live too far away. I tried to revise the listing, but once there's bids, my only option was to end it because of an error. So lets try this again, shall we?....Here for your consideration is a GI-7 blown 3 mold geometric patterned toilet water bottle produced by the Boston & Sandwich Glass Company. (Circa 1826-1888)The glass is, of course, cobalt blue in color and I can find only one very tiny and nearly unnoticeable flea nip to the lower edge of the lip. It must have come from a VERY small, BABY flea because I wasn't even able to get a decent picture of it to show you. I can find nothing else to mention as far as the condition goes. The bottle comes with its original stopper which is in perfect condition and will be removed and wrapped separately from the bottle for safe shipping. GOOD LUCK!!! Payment through paypal is expected within a week's time and once payment has cleared, I'll do my best to get your package in the mail ASAP. Please remember to ask questions before entering a bid. If you have some time, please have a look at my other items and keep watching for more bottles tocome in the near future. THANKS and have a great day! ( :

Bottle Auction: Fantastic VERY near mint condition LOCKPORT?? HATHORN SPRING SARATOGA,N.Y

Fantastic VERY near mint condition LOCKPORT?? HATHORN SPRING SARATOGA,N.Y Bottle Auction Description: WELCOME and thanks for stopping by. As I'm typing up this description, I have the bottle on the tableright next to me and the color of this text is very, VERY close to the color of the glass. On my monitor, it seems to be showing up with a little more blue than what it really looks like. There's definitely more green than blue. When I first looked at this bottle, I was instantly getting that Lockport vibe from it. Although I have no way of being certain. So you will just have to judge for yourselves. The bottle is as close to being attic mint as you can get. There's just a very light rub mark on the shoulder above the PR in SPRING and that's IT. There is nothing else to mention as far as condition goes. The glass is highly whittled and there are some nice twist/stretch lines in the neck. ALSO, there is no period after the Y in N.Y. Also currently listed is another Hathorn Spring pint in DENSE amber BLACK glass just in case you would like to have the pair of them. I also listed this bottle in the medicines and cures category because these spring/mineral waters were said to have had medicinal benefits and "curative" properties. I will certainly combine the shipping costs for you if you're the highest bidder on both bottles. But this auction is only for the green one. GOOD LUCK!!! Payment through paypal is expected within a week's time and once cleared, I'll do my best to get yourbottle in the mail ASAP. Please remember to ask questions before entering a bid. If you have a few minutes, have a look at the other items I have listed and keep checking back formore bottles to come in the near future. THANKS and have a great day! ( :
