Bottle Auction: HUGE SPRINGFIELD OHIO CHAMPION CHEMICAL CO. EMBALMING FLUID POISON BOTTLE

HUGE SPRINGFIELD OHIO CHAMPION CHEMICAL CO. EMBALMING FLUID POISON BOTTLE Bottle Auction Description: Up for bid is this huge 56 oz CHAMPION EMBALMING FLUID bottle from THE CHAMPION CHEMICAL CO. of SPRINGFIELD OHIO. This bottle is 9 ¼ inches tall and 4 ½ inches square. It has a tooled lip and holds 56 flu ozs. It has the graduated scale on the back and POISON on the backside. This used bottle is in very good condition with no cracks or chips, it does have light scratches and a few small scuffs overall and a small ping and 3 small indentions in the glass on the bottom. The indentions were from the mold of the BIMAL bottle. Also in the neck is a 1 inch flash in the glass. The dark ring in the neck under the flash, in looking at this with a loop, it looks to be from what I believe the enclosure or dispenser in the bottle wearing or grounding on the inside of the neck, there is a similar ring on the inside of the top of the lip. It may have also been from the tool used to make the tooled lip on the bottle also. As shown in the pictures. I mention and show everything for accuracy. This early and large size embalming fluid bottle can display well and make an excellent addition to anyone's Ohio town or national embalming fluid poison bottle collection. E-Mail me with any questions before you bid. PLEASE DO NOT USE CHECK-OUT, I will contact the winning bidder to determine shipping cost and final total. Due to E-bay polices, I accept Paypal and can discuss other forms of payment after winning this listing. Will use USPS Priority mail for shipping, unless other shipping methods are discussed. Per new E-bay rules, Insurance can be included and will be in final invoice handling fee, upon request. Please see SELLERS OTHER LISTINGS for other great items. Winner to contact seller within three days of auctions end and payment must be received within ten days. After ten days, item can be relisted. Will ship Item within two days of receipt of payment. Winner to pay for all shipping and insurance fees as stated in main description. Items returned only if item is not as described.

Bottle Auction: Super Squatty 300 Year Old Dutch Onion Bottle, Great Color!

Super Squatty 300 Year Old Dutch Onion Bottle, Great Color! Bottle Auction Description: Here is a beautiful approximately 300 year old Dutch onion bottle out of the late Tommy Mitchner collection. The color of this one is more of a yellow green color, not the typical muddy olive green or olive amber seen in these bottles. This example has a nice kickup with jagged open pontil and laid on string lip. The bottle is in great condition, with some killer bubbles as pictured,no damage and just a couple of minor rubs. It appears to be squattier than normal as well, measuring slightly less than 7" in height. You can see that it is quite a bit shorter than the horses hoof that we will also be listing.

Bottle Auction: Green PINT Success to the Railroad - Eagle - Crisp Mold

Green PINT Success to the Railroad - Eagle - Crisp Mold Bottle Auction Description: The color in the pictures is right, taken with a clear blue sky background.  It looks like a mix of a couple greens and a hint of yellow, no amber. It is 6 3/4" ht. 3" base and 4" at its widest point. The last two pics show some wear. On the horses back is a spot 1/4" x 1/8" right on the highest part (Right in the middle of back quarter) On the Eagle shield is a rub that just will not photo for me, it is very small.  The mold impression looks like it was one of the first made. Eagle feathers are sharp.  Pics are of good quality. There is also a small onionskin thin bubble shown in pic 7 between 12 & 1 o'clock just left of wing. This is a super nice flask, it was my first "big" purchase on Ebay years ago. Post. & Ins. extra

Bottle Auction: ANTIQUE BLACK GLASS DR. J. HOSTETTER'S STOMACH BITTERS EARLY PONTIL LARGE SIZE

ANTIQUE BLACK GLASS DR. J. HOSTETTER'S STOMACH BITTERS EARLY PONTIL LARGE SIZE Bottle Auction Description: BLACK DR. J. HOSTETTER'S STOMACH BITTERSEARLY HEAVILY SEEDED BLACK GLASS PONTILED VERSION(Super Deep Olive Green when backlit from the Sun)Pontil Mark week but present as seen in pictures.Has a nice drippy sloping collar lip and exhibitsthousands of tiny bubbles. This does have a crack that starts right by the first T in the word Bitters and extends downwards around the bottom and up one side panel as shown. The crack is so fine on the other panel I didn't even notice it until a year after I had it. Measures  9 3/4" Tall and 3 inches wide across the base. There has been some question if this is pontiled or not so I took several pics so you can decide. The hinged area is very sharp and the bottom indention is very uneven like a sand chip or Improved pontil minus the graphite. When looking inside the bottle in the light you will notice an olive tone. If you are unsure just bid as you see it and if it's not what you expected I will refund the shipping both ways. Thank You. inkFrog Analytics
